Breath is life itself and our connection to the Divine. To fully integrate the Divine Energy of Reiki into our biology and facilitate our shift into the 5th dimension and beyond, it is helpful to move, even gently, while breathing. And of course, breathing with others can accelerate the process of our connection to the Divine... "Wherever 2 or more Gather..."
