Sound Healings
During our waking state, the normal frequency of our brain waves is that of Beta. Sound tools help en-train the brain to move into the deeper Alpha and Theta wave frequencies. Disease is, at its core, a mis-alignment of energies. Our cells, muscles and organs store blocked energy from past and present mis-alignments which manifests as dis-ease or disease. Energetic work such as vibrational sound therapy directs itself into these cellular memories to effectively release blocked energy and bring the body back into balance. Sound Healing creates conditions in which an acceleration
of the healing process can take place.

The important aspect is to direct your thoughts during the process to create patterns in the brain and in the body that target a specific result that is beneficial for well being. In my experience with the alchemy singing bowls, all systems of the body move into a state of balance, allowing energy patterns that are dis-eased or dysfunctional to release their hold in the muscles, tendons, organs etc.
The body is a vast system of energy in which everything we take in through our senses becomes the building blocks of our body and our reality.
It is paramount to spend time feeding this energy system with sensory input that is relaxing, that promotes clarity, and creates an atmosphere where our most joyous dreams can be manifest.
